When you sign up for ReplyCrew, we collect your business name, owner name, email address, mobile phone number, and trade type. When customers interact with your ReplyCrew agent, we process the message content and phone numbers required to deliver replies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and operate your ReplyCrew account
  • Send one-time SMS verification codes to confirm phone number ownership
  • Send transactional account notifications (billing, security, service updates)
  • Operate the AI agent that responds to your customers on your behalf
  • Provide customer support

3. SMS & Phone Number Information

We do not share, sell, rent, or lease your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to any third party for marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected during signup are used solely to send transactional verification codes and account-related messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.

Mobile information collected through SMS opt-in will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of data are restricted from being shared with any third parties under this policy.

4. Service Providers

We use trusted third-party service providers to operate ReplyCrew, including Twilio (SMS delivery), Supabase (database and authentication), and Lovable Cloud (hosting). These providers process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations and are not permitted to use your data for their own marketing.

5. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@replycrew.com.

6. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us at hello@replycrew.com. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and encryption at rest to protect your information.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
