1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a ReplyCrew account or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

ReplyCrew provides an AI-powered SMS auto-reply assistant for trade businesses (plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, and similar). The service answers inbound customer texts on your behalf, books jobs, and notifies you of activity.

3. SMS Program Terms

Program name: ReplyCrew Account Verification & Notifications.

Description: By providing your mobile phone number during signup, you consent to receive one-time SMS verification codes and transactional account notifications from ReplyCrew.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on account activity. You will typically receive 1–5 messages per signup or login event.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. ReplyCrew does not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier may.

Supported carriers: All major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will not receive further SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.

4. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to operate the business you register. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ReplyCrew to send unsolicited marketing, spam, fraudulent content, content related to direct lending, age-gated content, or any content that violates carrier rules, CTIA guidelines, or applicable law.

6. Free Trial & Billing

New accounts include a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. After the trial, paid plans begin at the rate displayed on our pricing page. You may cancel at any time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated replies will be error-free or suitable for every customer interaction.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyCrew's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or carrier rules. You may close your account at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
